I have run the Chkdsk Utility numerous times with no change, still getting that message above. Deleted AOL software and reloaded AOL from a commercial disc. Still no help.
What next?

I had the same exact pop-up with the exception of my name instead of yours. I went to add/remove programs and removed ASK.COM and Google toolbar and a game my son had installed for many mony months called Warcraft. When I did a shutdown and restart my computer went to a blue screen and strongly recommended that I run CHKDSK which I did. The pop-up has gone away.
