1. I installed a fresh copy of Windows XP on a PC.
2. Youtube ordered me to install Adobe Flash Player.
3. I followed a procedure outlined on this site: http://www.adobe.com/products/flashp...ort/index.html
4. I downloaded the latest version for my Windows XP PC.
5. When I check for it in the control panel, it is there but there is no indication of the size (MB) like is the case with other applications.

What should I do?

Okay I'm assuming the issue is NOT that the installation size is not reported, but that Adobe Flash Player does not work and you are thinking one symptom of this is that the installation size is not displayed in Add/Remove Programs.

Is this right?

When I do the installation, the process goes through to completion. At least that is what I see. When I go to youtube, I am asked to install it. When I check in the Add/Remove program in the control panel, all other installed program show size; Adobe Flash Player does not show its size. I am running out of options.

It doesn't show a size on my system either, BUT it works.

So, in IE, Tools, manage Add-Ons; does it show under Toolbars and Extensions?

Does YouTube show the video, or does it tell you to keep reinstalling Adobe. You haven't yet stated clearly what your problem is.
