My system specs:
Asus P5N32-E SLI (680i chipset)
Core 2 Duo E6750
XFX 8800GTS
750W Zalman P/S
500GB HD

2 sticks of 1 GB GSkill PC2 6400 (800mhz)
2 sticks of 1 GB Kingston HyperX PC2 6400 (800mhz)

I would go into the bios and check in the extreme tweaker section under " FSb and mem config" and make sure your FSB is at the correct setting as if it is set to 800 ( 200MHZ quad pumped gives you 800 fsb ) and your memory is linked it could give you a mem frequency of 667
