After you get the link in the mail, and are at a site that says "Buy Now" in an orange button, just below that is a tan banner, click the link there and you can buy the Pro version.

I believe you need an email with a .edu address (but I would look into that first) and it might be college/university students only, but also look into that.

Also, some schools offer a free license to Windows 7 (I think it depends on your major), so I would look into that first.
