I went to the HP tech support website and followed their instructions: pressing the power button once to turn it off and again to turn it back on. Now the LCD display is blank and only the camera icon light is flashing. At this point, the HP tech support website simply says "if you are still experiencing a problem, service your product". What's going on? How should I open it up to find the piece of paper? I can't:4-dontkno see the paper by just opening the top as though replacing a cartridge.

When I have a full color cartridge and an empty black cartridge and a fax comes in, it won't print without the black cartridge being full. Is there a setting like on the printer side, that would force it to print the fax from the black in the color cartridge?

I have a Dell Studio 15 with a Dell v305 wireless printer. Most of the time when I start a print job it stops in the middle of printing a page. Then I can't delete the print job and when I restart the laptop the job finishes. Can anyone help figure out the problem?

I bought a H PhotoSmart 2610xi, which came with an installation disk that is valid for Windows XP.
Later, I upgraded my computer - and that came with Vista.
Now the installation CD does not work (the "minimum requirements" are XP, and apparently Vista does not meet those "minimum requirements"). :upset:
My questions are:
a) Is there a way to download the installation files for Vista free-of-charge?
b) What do I do on a Vista machine to make the existing CD work?
