PHPNuke7.8/Win Hosting - Locale Tiime Format Question

PHPNuke7.8. New installation. On a hosted Windows Server. First Installation. Everything installed ok, up and running.

But, content posted is labeled with time "Central America Standard Time"...the text not the time.

e.g.;

"Posted by userid on Thursday, March 23 @ Central America Standard Time"

The default setting in the control panel "en_US" doesn't seem to affect anything. Have tried various changes there.

Any ideas as to where this is controlled, which setting, file, etc., I need to modify to correct this? Would like to display either GMT or US Eastern. Have dug around in various files, but can't really tell what's controlling this.

I'm guessing that PHPNuke is unable to determine the time. Is the server using Apache or IIS?

The server is running IIS and is set to EST (GMT -5hrs)
