You'll have to learn some basic HTML and stuff, even after you get a host.

Why not just setup your own? It's very simple. Are you running Windows XP Pro? If so, do the following (only basic steps as I don't have the programs infront of me to work from, stupid college doesn't allow me to mess iwth machines...)

1 - Under windows insert the Windows XP Pro CD
2 - Select the option that allows you to add extras from the menu (if auto run else double click the cd drive from Windows Explorer).
3 - From the extras menu select IIS (Or Internet Information Service).
4 - Install and setup.

I suggest IIS as it's the most simple and easy to use. Apche is powerful indeed but complex for new users. Here is the link to the site that shows how to extend the number of connectiosn (or otherwise lesson as the case is) so more people can connect at anyone time to the server: http://weblogs.asp.net...
