I am looking for a free website provider that might support the conditions seen below. Can anyone suggest any ??

250MB site size minimum.

support the use of my own domain name with your service. ?? and subdomains linked to that domain

support the use of emails such as "webmaster@owndomain.net" ??

My site uses a couple of small streamed media files on pages that when the link is clicked the page opens, the file plays and then the page is automatically redirected to the page which the visitor was looking for. would this be acceptable under your terms of service or not? These files are approximately 1.2MB in size
eg: click on link called \"data files\" and a page opens with an audio/video file that plays \"access granted\" and then within a few seconds the page will redirect to a page containing the information the user was looking for.

Also I have a cpl of small document files that some users may need to download.

Also I run a small IRC chatroom which you wouldnt have to worry about however I have a java access to the room which I have yet to implement and believe it may require the use of an embedded java applet in a webpage which would be hosted on the site located in my account on your webspace.

It's going to be difficult to find a webhost that allows a lot of freedom for free accounts. Usually, you'll be limited to how much space/bandwidth you can use each month as well as the total size of any individual files. You'll also run into issues such as no PHP, no CGI, etc. The best thing to do would be to do a search on your favorite search engine and see if you can find what you're looking for.
