cant access web page on new laptop
please help. today my friend got a new laptop.....ACER 5620/5620Z/5520 series.. we have tried to access a web page for her work but we are not able to access it from this computer...we are able to access it from another laptop and also the home compter......we have checked the settings on both the lap tops and they are the same........does anyone have any suggestions

Can you give any more info?
Are you only unable to access her work website and can go to other websites? Are you using a WiFi connection? Are you able to connect to the WiFi but not able to browse the web? Do you have any software firewalls installed? |
