Bluehost (http://www.bluehost.com/tell_me_more.html) does not meter their bandwidth; but you have to remember that no server can truly deliver unlimited bandwidth, it can just supply you with more than you would ever need.

I doubt you will find reliable hosting that includes unlimited bandwidth for cheap, but I use JaguarPC.
