Web Design Newbiee
Hello fellas,
I am new to web design. i am actually learning some tutorials from w3school site. i just want to know which software is best for creating good, powerful and astonishing graphics. i only have adobe photoshop 7 and am abt getting visual studio 2008. i have abt other softwares such as adobe c3s design n others i cant remember pls anyone with useful softwares should pls tell me |

Some may be hesitant of plugging freeware, but I use Photoplus 6. It's free and there is a paid version which you can get that has a few extras. But Photoplus 6 can do pretty much anything that Adobe can.
