Re: IIS from home question

Does everything work fine when you access the site locally? If so, look at your router and make sure it's set up to properly re-direct port 80 (or whatever port you're using) to your IIS server. If the router is set up fine, perhaps your ISP is causing issues? Not all home DSL/Cable connections will allow you to run a web server. You would need a business account for that purpose.

Re: IIS from home question

It works fine when accessed with my local ip (192.168.1.102) but not with my Internet IP(75.104.220.150) with the internet ip i can access it but it wont load some of the content. Sometimes its pictures misssing and others it the entire page. it random and not the same pic or page.
I had the server down for the last few days off and on because its on my personal computer. But it should be up for the rest of the weekend.

Re: IIS from home question

The only 2 problems that I can see is that the guestbook doesn't show up (there's an error) and the site is extremly slow (but this is expected when the site is on a DSL/cable connection).
