Configuring Apache
It would seem that my web hosts blocks requests to port 80, so I cannot run a local web host on my machine.
How do I configure apache to listen to say port 8011? And I have a Linksys Cable/DSL Router do I need to enable the DMZ for the local net ip that has the host? |

Hi, I found a little guide that isn't specifically for, but includes the step of how to change the listening port here. For that router, you should be able to either set up a dmz, or simply forward whatever port you choose to the IP of the host running Apache.
