Others can't view my site.
I am using IIS to set up a web server. When I go to my site I can see it but when other people try it it doesn't come up. I have a dynamic IP....I think(I use COX w/o a router). I've followed a few tutorials with no success. If you need more info please tell me what else you need to know.

Re: Others can't view my site.
They'll need to type in the exact IP address to view your site. However, COX might be blocking port 80. You may wish to call them and find out. If this is the case, then you'll need to use another port and anyone visiting your site will need to type in the port as well as your IP. However, this is not ideal nor convinient.

They do this because you're most likely on a residential account and they won't want people running businesses or other types of personal servers on residential accounts. One reason a business account is more expensive (in most cases) is because of the added bandwidth/requirements that businesses need. Most ISP's will be like this.
