Need a Good Host

I recently started my own webpage and purchased a domain and all. I am using my friends host and not very good. I need something that is cheep if not free and is reliable. I program mostly in HTML and PHP. Advice? I need help....I got a gaming league for Americas Army starting and I need that site up.

I always recommend www.dreamhost.com as it's a good balance between price and reliability.

www.grabfactory.com is a good one too.
i always use them and have no problems.
