apache install problems
hi i have installed apache
i use windows xp when i go to use the localhost url it says page cant be displayed when i try and start apache in the start,programs options it loads the cmd box but only for a second, basically it flashes and disappears, it then doesnt do anything and the url still say page cant be displayed!! please help |

Is Apache showing when you open the Task Manager?
If you're having trouble with Apache I recommend using Apache2Triad. It has Apache, PHP, MySQL, and dozens of other tools thrown into one package. www.apache2triad.net is the URL for it. I've used it and found it to be awesome!
