Web Hosting Options

I read the sticky at the top, but it only lists like 3 options. I also know of GoDaddy and ixwebhosting. Any others anyone can recommend? I'm setting up a small website for my sister's little baking/art thing she is doing. It will have a small image gallery, paypal, and besides that be very basic. I'm not sure exactly what I need as far as database, etc. I mean, I nwant some kind of gallery but thats really the only thing I can think of that would need a database. And even then, I can probably do that externally. We'll probably do a year plan, so I'm hoping for like $3-5 a month. Bandwith and stuff shouldn't be a huge deal.

http://xenweb.net

A great site if you can post 5 posts for the basic option which is free, a good Cpanel, with databases.

For such a small project, I wouldnt be looking into paying for the space that will be needed.
