Big Problem - Probably Easy Fix

Hi guys,

I'm new to the forums so I hope this is right place.

Spot the difference. Without the www prefix, it's loading fine, with www it's not. All files in public_html folder and www folder inside the root directory are identical. I think the web server may have a virus as well because you get taken off to some website that tells you what browser you're running when you click on a link in the www version.

My cousin owns the hosting account but I have the username & password so I have complete control over it.

Can you please guide me in how to set things right again?

Check for a .htaccess file that may be doing a redirect.

The fact that I got such a fast turn around from you guys is enough for me to know that this is a fast & reliable network of techies. Hopefully I can help with stuff too.
