Irritating spam in Yahoo! Mail
My Yahoo! Mail account is getting spammed daily by those @#$@!#% advertisers. What really annoys me is they now just send me what looks like an image (not attachment), so I can't block any of their keywords. I've got the settings to block all images, but it isn't blocking the ones I'm getting sent. I did not click on any of those spam links. How do I fight these people off?

Spam
The best way to fight spam off is to never get any to begin with. You might has well get rid of your yahoo account that is getting spammed because you aren't going to be able to reply to sender to tell them to take you off of their list. And I wouldn't recommend trying this because it is just telling the spammer that "Hey, I am a live account... send me more". The best way is to start over. Get two email accounts, one personal and one a little less personal. For the personal account, give this one only to your friends and coworkers, not to anyone else period! Take the second account, and this will be the account that anytime you are asked by a website to enter your email address... enter this here. This will keep the spam seperated. Check in on the spam account periodically and delete the box so it doesn't get full. This will at least keep your personal account for good emails only. This is what I have practiced and my account RARELY gets spammed.
