Header Tags

Hello

Am new to website design but now have a live site www.mugginsmugs.com. My problem is that the larger text on the site which should be in a header tag, isn't in a header tag purely because it changes position (ie moves up or down) when in IE or FF. I know header tags are important for SEO so just wondered if there is an easy way to resolve this?

You could use a browser detector then redirect to a browser specific page/style sheet
