preloading/bookmark problem

i am making a website that utilizes a preload script. upon completing the preload, the browser is then redirected to the actual site. the problem is that if someone bookmarks the site after it has been redirected, they won't go back to the preload page when returning from their favorites.

i am trying to find a script that will allow me to change the url of the bookmark. so when they're on index2.html & try to bookmark, it will actually bookmark index.html instead. any suggestions?

i've tried using a "must come from" redirect script, but it just reloads the preload page repeatedly. it will redirect from the index2.html (actual site) file to the index.html (preload) file, but then when the preload redirects the index2.html file doesn't recognize that the preloader was the redirecting page.
