To have a site with a .com ending means that you have to buy your domain through sites such as GoDaddy ... It is not free and can cost a bit depending on the name and availability.

Then you will need to get a certified host. Finding a good company can be difficult so look for the rep and quality of customer care.

If you're looking for a free domain ending with .com, then you are out of luck. There is no such thing. Except...some hosting packages come with a free one. For example, www.hostdepartment.com gives free domains with paid hosting.

i have a few if you want i sell them to you...:P
The hosting i bought gave me a free com domain(www.hostyourdream.com)
but if you dont afford it just go for a free domain like .tk or .cjb.net(lots of popups tho).

Btw its really hard to find a nice .com domain nowadays.... :)

cjb.net is a subdomain, of which there are thousands of places to find one.

For domains, you have tk, and even that doesn't work as well as a regular domain.

I was doing a test run for a hosting sign up yesterday and was putting in fake URL's, and things like gdoiuapwhbgeawbfdsajl.com are taken..
