recommended ftp server program?
i run an ftp and http from my home here, and at the moment the ftp doesnt work very well. are there any specific programs that can run an ftp server for me and let other people login through port 21 which i forwarded that you would recommend. i cant really afford a 200$ buisness quality one, but i tried afew i found on google and people coulddn't connect.

It's possible that your ISP is blocking port 21. You might want to try connecting on a higher port number like 2121.
The last FTP server I used on Windows was GuildFTPd, and it worked well for me. |

For a server I use SlimFTPd, which is currently running off of my windows box. As a client I use SmartFTP. Both are freeware.
