Best Hosting

I'm currently looking for a good web host, not too expensive. I've searched and searched and still haven't found one that satisfies my needs, and I know you guys are experienced :D so tell me which hosts do you like.

By the way, is this a good host? http://www.advantechhosting.net/ it offers A LOT for only 3 dollars, problem is that they give you a sub domain and not the domain I've always dreamed of. But if I don't find another alternative then I will go with that one.

Never mind, I already signed up there. But I'm having a bit of trouble there. I installed php-nuke to the default sub domain but it says page cannot be found in Firefox. Anyone know what's I did wrong? I installed it using Fantastico.

My site is www.fpsworld.advantechhosting.net and according to someone it DOES work so does anyone know why everyone could see it and not me?

Ok I fixed it, I set up a proxy. Don't remember how I did it though, I tested it with hidemyass.com and it worked so I assumed it was a proxy problem.
