FrontPage Server Extensions 2002

I'm having problems with FrontPage Server Extensions 2002.

When I click the settings button under IIS I get this error.

I want to be able to use forms to submit data and either have it write to a file or send via email (without having to send via outlook or another mail client).

When I tried creating the form for the first time using FrontPage 2002 it created the following file in \_private: form_results.csv. When I tested the form I got this message but nothing happaned.

Any help would be most greatful.

Some information you may need:

Operating System: Windows XP SP2
IIS Version 5.1
Server Extensions: 2002
Server Extensions Version: 5.0.2.2623

do you have the extension enabled? the error pretty much says if you enable them your issue will go away

How can I enable them unless I get into the settings which is when I recieve that error?
