Building websites

How do you guys build all of your websites, like with what php, java, Microsoft Frontpage?

Oh and do you have to pay for it?

I use DreamWeaver for my website, rusnakweb.com It is like $400, but you may be able to get it for around $100 online if you are a student. There should be a 30 day free fully-functional trial on the macromeda site.

i advise you use flash pro, i use it and i made quite a gd site accessing a database through php... But i started off in html and moved into php then mySQL-php... If you want to learn a code then i sujest you use front page!
