Frameset Problem...

I have my website in 2 columns "20%,80%" and the left is the navbar and the right is the main page

I have links in the navbar and when you click on them the navbar subdivides into its own "20%,80%" columns

How to I make the link open in the 80% (is it <a href="http://...." target="main.html">?) Main.html is my 80% navbar.html is my 20%.

Surely target="_self" wouldnt work. Name your frames and then use target="theframename"> then it should open up in the correct frame
