Web Prof 7 Contact Form Problems

I have built a website, which I am please with, using Web Prof 7. I added a contact form, but when a message is sent it opens outlook and sends it, when I receive the email it has no information at all in it, it seems to be attaching a file with the message sent in code which is complete nonsense. I have tried everything, please please is there anybody out there...... that can help.

Hi, I have taken my website offline until I sort it out, when I last uploaded it all the links went all over the place, so thats it for the mo.
