Art Gallery Help
Hi I recently put together a website for a berkeley area artist, as a gallery/portfolio. http://www.nicollettesmith.com It's currently in the middle of some changes but that's not relevant to my question.
What we are trying to do now is to make a crossplatform dvd that can serve as a portfolio/showpiece for all of her work. I'm open to how it will look and function but I was thinking a slideshow option and a gallery option where the pieces are broken up into their respective groups like on the webpage, and each image can be clicked on to get a fullscreen hi quality tif or something like that. So question is I guess...how do I do any of this? My flash experience is limited to recompiling alrdy made flash files. Is there a relatively simple program that can be used to make a dvd like this? Would it be asking to much for it to also play a slideshow on an actual dvd player? that idea just popped into my head. Thanks in advance for any help I can get. PS I know the menu sucks we kept adding items to it and now its a pain. I'm waiting to fix it because I want to port it over to wordpress so she can edit it herself, yet another thing I have no idea how to do yet :D |
