CSS help trying to make background image not scroll.

I want to make my background not scroll with the other things. So when I see the top of the page the background is the same exact thing as the bottom, and same with the middle. This is an example of part of my website:

You see the bottom how it repeats, I just don't want it to repeat and stay the same picture. Thanks, and hope you help.

Maybe you already figured it out but this CSS code would solve the problem.

background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-attachment: fixed
