How do I add recorded sound to my site?

I am looking to add my own recorded voice to my website. For example, I have poetry on my site and I'd like visitors to be able to click to hear me recite it. What do I do??

Re: How do I add recorded sound to my site?

Do some research on the <embed> tags.

I suggest using a small file for this. Like midi or something of the sort so your bandwith doesn't go over and site is blocked until next month... assuming you have a limited bandwith like most small websites.

It's actually pretty easy to embed sound/video/flash into a website it just eats bandwith like candy.
