Very basic CMS needed for existing website
Hi there.
I have a client who wishes to move his website and domain name to my hosting package. He is currently using a cms called webedit pro which looks to be a very basic cms, simply linking to his site and lets him choose which file to update, and enter the text through the browser. I have set him up a test account to make sure that the website works ok. His site is fine, however, I am having problems with the script. Mainly because I don't have the original install files for it and have had to copy the files from his current server and upload them to mine. I was wondering if anyone knew any similar scripts (free hopefully) that could be used for the same thing. I don't want to use anything like Joomla as this doesn't link in with existing sites done in php/html and that, that sort of creates the site doesn't it and lets you update it. I don't want to re-design or anything like that. I just want it to link to whats there. Any suggestions would be so much appreciated. Thanks in advance, Craig |
