Ok...I have an externally hosted web site. A potential customer in Central City says he cannot access our site...in 2 locations. but in a 3rd, he can (his home). Both of the 2 that cannot has pix f.w.
He seems to be the only one...anywhere...that cannot access the site. he can ping it, ftp to it, but not http. I think it's an issue on his network, but he argues it's my side. anyone have an idea?

If no one else has problems connecting but him, it is obviously on his side somewhere. Now where...I don't know.

me too
Thats exactly what I thought...his side. He argues its not. *sigh*
Any idea why it could be only http that won't make it through, but ftp to the same site would?

Maybe he has a firewall or router blocking port 80, but not port 23. Or maybe he has some setting in the Internet Options (in IE) set too high. There are a lot of things it could be, but those seem like the most obvious.
