Encode multiple lines

Hi, I have several lines on my site that I am trying to encode with the following code:

Code:
<tr><td width="100%" id="td-footer">
Text Line
</td><td width="90" id="td-footer">
</td></tr>
It would take ages to manually encode each line, so I am wondering if there is some automated way of encoding each line of text into the "Text Line" position of the above code. I have never used Dreamweaver or other publishing programs, but I am willing to download the trial if it has this function. I'd appreciate a shove in the right direction. Thanks!

Re: Encode multiple lines

Dreamweaver will give you the option to easily edit/insert/delete tables from your website. If you use the visual editor, it might save you some time.
