Problem with Freewebs - blank screen and 'style is null or not an object' error

Hi everyone,

My name is Dave and I have built the website for the Abbey Light Railway in Leeds using Freewebs.com (now just Webs.com).

All is fine until I want to edit my website on this laptop. when I try to edit pages, all I get is a blank white browser window with just the top toolbar and an error symbol in the bottom left corner, which says 'style is null or not an object' when I double click on it.

Theres probably a really simple, plainly obvious thing to solve this, but its got me beat. if anyone could help, I would be very grateful.

BTW, I have already tried using alternative web browers, and none work.

Also, apologies if this thread isn't posted in the correct area of the forum.

The Webs.com editor uses a lot of AJAX for the web editing software. It seems as though your laptop does not support such features. The only thing I could think of is possibly a very outdated laptop, a missing browser plugin of some sort, or possibly even an infection.

hiya,

try to install java and flash player it should start working after that i had the same problem
