What is the best and easy to use? Flash or dream weaver..
I want to create a website and Im thinking what i will use and easy on this two..Flash or Dream weaver..can you help me..thnx

Flash and Dreamweaver are two totally different programs. If you are building a website for the first time, I personally recommend using Dreamweaver. Dreamweaver is for ASCII web design (HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, etc.). Flash is for making flash documents/websites and is a lot more advanced in my opinion.

Flash sites are pretty much out of style these days...and for good reason.
