[SOLVED] Easy HTML and CSS

Is there a program I can use that will make easy templates, or HTML and CSS for my website, that is, make the graphics, and the code instantly so I don't need to do anything but copy+paste?

You're looking for a wysiwyg editor i think. Google is your friend, steer clear of "Web Easy 7" dire piece of work that is.

Dreamweaver is a nice WYSIWYG editor. There are various open source and freeware alternatives.

If you're just looking for a productivity increase you could try Notepad++/Arachnophilia...

Other than that all i can suggest is actually templating some sites. But that depends really on what you're working on.

What is it you use now?

Well I've been using Photoshop CS2 and gimp for some icons and buttons. Don't know what else to use. Preferably, I want channel templates and forum templates.

For forum templates you'd be looking towards general forum software (phpBB, etc.) but there are only user contributed templates there... And again all i could suggest in the way of templating (if you've used PS) is Dreamweaver... Though Fireworks has become more of a mocking up/templating tool so take a look at Adobe FW (particularly CS2+).

Is there free PHPbb3 software available? Will it work with any forum host (i.e: invisionfree, freeforums, other free hosts)

PHPBB is open source? so it is free? As for actual hosts it should work easily with any PHP provider, but would be best on it's own server.
