Thumbs Up different webcams, different location, same website

Hi, im new to all this, first post an all that. Im looking for advice on streaming from different locations across the same city on my website. I was wondering what i would need besides the cameras and a connection. Do i need my own server? do i need to purchase software etc. I would like to have all cams playing in a Flash player if possible as the website is made with Adobe Flex. Thanks!!!!!!!!!

I've never done this, but I think these links might be of help. Maybe...
