Image swap behaviour from Dreamweaver not 'behaving'!

HELP please, not sure if this is my error but ill let u guys decide.

This is an image swap and replace issue

My test page for you to see is here: http://www.2lbin.com/Tapping%20Saddles/header2.php

After you have a look at the page above, do you see how when u mouse over the first 2 buttons and they work find as does the last button. All the middle buttons are jacked up. I have attempted to delete the code and replace with new code only to get the same issue. i have also googled this issue and have not found a answer. Can you guys help. Whats wrong with it?
