Hard to block name

I am working on designing a website that hosts games for kids at my school to play, but I want to make a domain name that is very hard for the company that blocks "inferior" sites to catch onto and block the site, any ideas on how to do this? and any tips on what these companies look for in domain names?

Re: Hard to block name

Haha i'm sure even mathsrocks would get blocked.... Basically if the proxy being used by the school is good enough they will have a list of sites accessed by students, and they will check any unknown sites, and if the content is questionable... it will end up blocked.

The only real way to get around this is to use a web proxy to access the sites. It would be best to attempt to make your site as compatible with as many web-proxies as possible...

Cheers,
Jamey

Re: Hard to block name

Trying to circumvent the schools internet policy is against the rules of TSF. We will not give you any assistance in this.

it doesnt take 2 seconds for the IT Tech to open the internet log and look at sites. I used to do it and ban sites etc.
