Personally I find the colors a bit hard on my eyes, but I'm also a bit older than your target audience.

Specifically:
I had to Ctrl+ a couple times to be able to read anything on the forum page.
The bold green text on the dark background in the forum menu seemed small and blurry.
The blue on the dark background was impossible to read.

Re: Please Critique My Site

Hi,

Two things:

One: I have to agree with gistek, the colors are really hard on the eyes. I am a young guy and find it hard to handle.

Two: You are righting this with frames. They are way outdated. I would recommend that you go over the HTML and CSS tutorials. They will help you a lot. Plus I am willing to help you when you need it, as are other members. But your frames have to go.

Cheers!
