help with website images

i am making a new website for my college course replacing my old design and i have so far got the pages linked but when i view in web browser there seems to be a small split between the images here is a picture

how do i remove this?

you may want to post the url so the source code can be looked at. It is the only way to tell you how to fix it.

Also consider the screen resolution you're viewing in. It looks like a moderately high res, you want to account for anything 800+*600+... Since you're using firefox you might want to consider using Window Resizer to test your site at different resolution... But as sobeit says post your code/a link to your site so we can take a look...

by the way i just tried that resizer with my firefox and when i changed the res to anything bellow or on 1024*768 it works but above that the line shows
wat can i do to make it so the image isnt being stretched which i guess is what is happening

Hey again, i don't get the same split problem when i test on my pc but i don't have the images you use, so i think it's probably a problem involving the home image(think being the operative word there), check that the image's width is correct because that's the one that would throw it... The table based layout doesn't help either, but if that's not the problem i'm sure we can find a fix/workaround for this problem...

well i sliced this in from photoshop so i think that they are all correct sizes

That's the point, there's something going on, it's best if you upload your site on a freehost so we can see it first hand without having to sort images out to plug it with(which after i'd done, i saw no split)...
