Program needed for project

Hello,

I'm doing research for school on how music influences concentration. But to make a fair test, I need a program. This is what I need:

First, I need some kind of register script, where the subjects need to put in their Name and Favorite Music and Most Detested Music.

The test itself is called LNS (Letter-number sequencing). for this test, You get 8 random letters and numbers, and need to put them in the right order (ABC - 0-9). These come in series of 25 with different background music. That's the 2nd part of the program.
(Example of LNS:
C3D8AF21 -> ACDF1238)

For the 3rd part, the data needs to be sent to a database. The data needed in the columns are what serie it is, how much errors are made and how long they needed to finish it.
Example: -Name -Fav. Music -Det. Music -Errors and time. Metal/rock -Errors and time Hiphop etc

Rest is coming later, but i hope you get the idea

Sorry I take another post to continue my explanation but I can't find the edit button

The database should be an online database and preferably the program should be posted on a webpage, without google linking to it.
If possible I'd like to have some comments in the code where to put in the different background tunes, but if it's easier for you, PM me for the list of songs.
I plan on doing 4 series of 25 x LNS, 1 serie for Classical Music, 1 for Hiphop/Rap/RnB, 1 for Metal/Rock and 1 without music as blanc test.

I really hope you can help me with this :) if something isn't quite clear just post or PM me. Thanks a lot in advance

Ths isn't the kind of thing we do for you. You'll have to find a classifieds site for this and i'm assuming they'll make you pay. Unless theres someone around needing an idea for a program you won't find the help here sorry.

I think you've misinterpreted the purpose of these forums - they're for technical support, not simply free work. :)

Your project doesn't seem too complex, just a simple HTML/PHP/MySQL affair, so I'd recommend against contracting it; instead, try to learn how to create a site like this yourself! It's a great exercise and can both teach you a great deal about how the web works and broaden your perspectives. :)

Ok, sorry for bothering you then. But could you maybe recommend some sites with good tutorials on this, because I can't seem to find them :( I can do most HTML already, so if you know a good site for PHP/MySQL, I'd be really grateful.

w3schools.com is the one i always suggest. Under the Server Side Scripting tutorials section just go to the PHP section and it takes you through PHP&mySQL.

Yes. W3schools, all the way. They have detailed examples, too, so you can deduce things that aren't explicitly explained.
