Need Help with MySQL

Hello.

I am a bit of a noobie at MySQL and I need help running a command on a table.

I have a table with around 3600 entries. Around 1300 or these entries have wrong values in a row, all these values are the same, the value is 0. I need to change all items in the table with a value of 0 in a certain row to something else. How would I accomplish this? If this made no sense or you need more information, please do not hesitate to ask.

For reference in search engines etc;

UPDATE tablename SET row = replace(row, '0', '550' ) WHERE row = '0'
