How to upload files and output in a webpage?

Hi all,

I am building a website at the moment and would like to have an option for a small number of users (lets call them admin) to be able to have a page they can open which will let them upload photos and also some specific text-based information. I guess I can set this up using a form easily enough.

However, I would like the photos and information to then be output automatically by the webserver, i.e for it to create a new html page using a certain style and with the text and photos on it. I would like that page to also be added to a content list I have in the main section of the website.

I guess it's similar in execution to a classifieds site, where users will upload pictures/details and these items are then automatically added in chronological order to the classifieds listings. However mine isn't a classifieds site and I haven't a clue how to do this!

Id use PHP with a back end system to allow admin to modify the page. Quite a lot of work.

You could also consider a CMS system.
