link doesn't work on IE but does on Firefox

Can you help me out - I have a website, businessloanfast.net, which when displayed on Firefox correctly takes visitors to my personal application page when they hit the yellow button that says "apply now online". But when the same website is viewed in IE, the visitor is incorrectly taken to the corporate website and not to my personal application page when they hit the yellow button.

Also (totally separate issue)- why does a text box created in Frontpage show correctly in Firefox, but not show up at all in IE?

Thank you

For some reason, decent browsers don't like the link when it's in the <iframe>.

If there isn't a reason to have the <iframe>, you can serve the page within the <iframe> as part of the primary page. Be sure to only keep what is between <body> and </body>, or you will get some interesting results (and by "interesting", I mean "very bad and difficult to diagnose"). If there is anything different between <script> and <style> tags on the secondary page, it's best to transfer that as well.
