Having huge problems logging on

Ok the past several days I have been having huge problems logging on to this site. It constantly says I have the wrong password even if I logged on to the site just a few hours before. I am using the right password for certain. SO I send in for a new password anyway and the password that I get mailed also does not work and tells me to wait 15 minutes. It will tell me to wait 15 minutes even if I have only attempted to use the login once. It will do the same even after waiting half an hour. Other things it does is when I send for a password using my email it says the email is incorrect even though it is a copypaste that was working just a few minutes before.

Sometimes I get a different page that says I have used something out of 5 login attempts although this page is very rare.

By some miracle I finally managed to logon after 2-3 days of trying with many new passwords. Sometimes it would say thank you for logging on AzureDrag0n1 and then after a few seconds being redirected it would say login name or password incorrect and that I have used all my logon attempts.

I have also sent several emails using the contact us page.

This site is driving me crazy. I hope I can get some help getting this problem resolved.

new servers are being installed and they are ironing out the glitches

Oh ok. How long do you think they will take before they finish?
