Recommend me a decent free webhost!

Hello! I'm after a free webhost that has high uptime with little or no advertisement (none is preferred). I just want to be able to host with enough features to run a small site with MyBB forums installed. I'm not expecting the world for a free host just a decent one that I'm not constantly frustrated with since I don't have a lot of money at the moment (searching for full-time work right now).

I have been using Freehyperspace because a lot of users recommend it but I found it to be the opposite of their positive opinions (lack of security, horrible help and support, low uptime, ect...). You can read some of the problems I've had with it below:

So yeah, a free webhost where I don't go through this crap on a regular basis. If the webhost also has an option to upgrade to cheap paid for webhosting that would be a bonus for me (especially if a good webhost).

What kind of bandwidth/space are you looking for? and do you have a domain name or are you looking for a ___.hostingsite.com or hostingsite.com/____ address?

I would prefer ___.hostingsite.com but it is not essential. I am after 100 megs or more of space and 1 gig or more of bandwidth a month. My website is about 8 meg at the moment and will probably grow slowly so I don't need the same space/bandwidth offered by FreeHyperSpace, just something that is reliable and secure.

Even if I can half of the bandwidth and webspace offered here:

and whatever I need to install MyBB Forums (I can't find the requirements on their site but I think I need php and sql), I would be very happy with that but i'm not expecting it.

I can get you ____.eanixlive.com if you would like and can match the space/bandwidth provided above. No ads, no catch. I used to own a hosting service but with the current prices of hosting it just wasn't making the money it used too... but I still have the server for a few of the clients that wanted to stay. The hosting you are looking for will most likely be Shared Hosting, these are mostly paid offers but they are relatively cheap ($5/mo or less)
