[SOLVED] Certifications

I am an employer and would like to make sure that my employees know their stuff. Is there a place on the internet that I can have them take a test and print of some type of certificate to post in the store? I am looking for a place that is free but i will settle for the cheapest one you all know of. Thanks

What for? There are many areas for expertise and specialisation. I am assuming you want certs for web design and development:

html, php, css, c++, and really any other language to do with web dev.

Create your own? If you want a reliable one, you'll have to pay. I can create a customized one if you'd like for a small fee.
