Where are my Wget files going?
I just downloaded WGET for Windows and am trying a simple fetch to CNN (which I chose as a first-time example site). However, although Wget reports that the URL has been retrieved, I cannot find the resulting file where one supposedly retrieves it. Shouldn't it be in the same directory I ran Wget from?
See the CMD screenshot of this below. Note that I tried 2 times before which is why the index.html count is up to 3.  Thanks for any insight anyone can provide. Dave |
